COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the effects of COVID-19 we have put in place additional steps with regards to our sanitary policies. We are following guidelines from state and local governments and as well as guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The Crow’s Nest Resort has always placed a high priority on the safety, comfort and cleanliness of our property. We have established a frequent routine sanitation schedule for disinfecting common area door handles, surfaces, and handrails. This includes the Office (front desk) area as well as employee-only areas. Additionally, we have removed all “high touch” and non-essential material and equipment that is not critical to the operation of our resort.
Hand sanitizers are positioned for guests, visitors, and employees throughout the facility in common areas. Our team will be wearing face coverings and other personal protective equipment in public areas and maintaining social distancing guidelines.
As mandated from the state and local governments, some services and amenities may be eliminated or modified. This includes daily housekeeping services. We do have policies in place to assist in replacing used towels as well as a procedure to dispose of any trash that needs to be discarded.
We understand that the COVID-19 virus requires us all to travel smarter and be more thoughtful as we go through our day-to-day activities. As always, your comfort is our #1 goal. Please contact us at 800-499-9799 with any questions you may have. We look forward to serving you soon.
