*Crow’s Nest Resort Rates are based on double occupancy, with an additional fee of $15 per guest per night up to maximum accomodations. High season availability is weekly with shorter stays available for a $75 fee, please inquire. Minimum stays may apply. $15 processing fee. Rates subject to change. Certain conditions and cleaning fee may apply. Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out 10:00 a.m. Rates are subject to State and Local Room Tax of 14.45%

We do have designated smoking areas. Sorry, no pets.
Refund policy: Your deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received in writing no less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A cancellation fee of $35 and one nights stay is imposed and processing fee will be forfeited. Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in the loss of your entire deposit. Deposit and room availability will be forfeited if check-in does not occur within 24 hours of scheduled arrival at 3:00 PM E.S.T. without prior written approval. No refund on early departure for any reason. Reservations are not transferable.
